When I am anxious about certain things (like going to a job interview) I don't feel anxiety the way I used to. It's not like a force I can push away anymore, it's silent but it shows itself through my actions. I don't know how to deal with it, and it is impacting my life in an annoyingly negative way. Suggestions?
